Mackintosh® 100% Polypropylene fabrics feature a proprietary technology that uses the extrusion of the yarn and the weaving of the fabric to create a mechanical water-resistance unlike any other fabric.

Our Mackintosh® fabrics provide a minimum of 250mm hydrostatic head water resistance without ever having to reapply a DWR.

Available in so many weights, weaves, knits and deniers, Mackintosh® fabrics are perfect for applications that need just enough water resistance.

Combining our Mackintosh® fabrics with a 100% PP base coating creates textiles that can reach 10,000-30,000mm+, providing impenetrable waterproofing, all while using the most sustainable choice of all synthetic fabrics.

From taslan to taffeta, ripstop to jersey, from 25D to 840D+, our 2L performance textiles are ideal for use in bags, packs, duffels, PPE, tents, rain flys, cargo carriers, tarps and more.

With inner lining materials such as tricots and jerseys, and durable and tough outerlayers of taslan and taffeta, our 3L textile is waterproof and breathable.

Mackintosh® 3L reaches minimum permeability of 10,000 and HH of well over 30,000mm, all while providing top-tier soil release, abrasion, snagging and pilling resistance.

Along with excellent performance results, our fully recyclable PP 3L fabric emits less than half of the CO2 that an rPET 3L fabric does.
